Sometimes even when we eat within our goals calorie wise, we have overindulged in sodium. I know whenever I go out to eat, where I don't have control over how much salt is in stuff, I can actually gain a few pounds of water weight.
Ask them to not add salt to your meal if possible and add it yourself if needed. Especially at fast food restaurants. There is usually enough salt in the bin that they dump the fries in that you don't need it added. Bonus, you always get a new batch of fries.

I am on-again, off-again but it's hard to know what's causing my successes and setbacks. I know my recent trip set me a back a little, but the jump in the scale seemed disproportionate to my nutrition tracker.
I just keep thinking progress in any area is positive so I keep working and don't give up.

"I can't get there from anywhere but here."

Next Landmarks/Goals:
[ ] Back into the 220's (I told you I'd gained a huge portion back)
[ ] Back into the 210's
[ ] Back into the 200's
[ ] Back to Onederland
[ ] Someday/bucket list goal: hike to Havasupai Falls (and out again...)

How is the program going for you? Is it time to recommit or rethink your goals and objectives?
