Tracking calories and food along with water and meds sugar reading and pressure readings.

And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

I don't have a Facebook account and don't want one. Since I am battling a virus I am not tracking food as I am on a liquid diet. I am tracking my blood pressure and blood sugar readings.

I like that Facebook post about making a Tracking Journal from scratch. Short of outside prompts tho, I wonder if I could be methodical enough to make them mean anything? I like art and travel, those drive me to record or muse. I get pulled daily in many directions, journals are a great way to collect my thoughts. I mostly sketch or paint in them,

I make journals. I have several one for bible study, one for scripture writing and reflection. final for fitness purposes. in it I have health tracking, weight, water food mood tracker and a page for reflection how the week went. I am an old schooler. So I use printable tracking for my health section in my fitness journal.

Kayah, I agree. It is faster to write in a journal than to log everything on Spark. I love that you can add up calories in and calories burned, but I don't have time to do it every single day. Maybe for a week to get me back on track....

I track vitamins, coffee, personal care, exercise, nutrition and Journaling in my written daily planner! Spark makes it a little more time consuming than it needs to be so I just write it faster and go about my day~

I like to track Projects. I found these cute small journals on Amazon , last week. I started using them and love them. You can write or draw on the blank unlined pages plus they come with a pen plus sticky notes . I find them very helpful.

I have days where I am focused on putting my energy out into the world to create change in my life. However, most of my days are defined by receptive and intuitive energy. My journal contains all aspects of my multitudenous self!

I don't really track anything. I sort out what's going on in my mind. It helps me spot when my thoughts and emotions are getting in my way. It helps me identify my core needs. Sometimes I think I need something that I really don't. Stuff that society tells you will make your life better but really doesn't. There's stuff that's important to me but no one else. When I identify my needs accurately and meet those needs I am content. When I am content, happiness is easier to come by.

I use to track fitness and nutrition stuff. But that turned out not to be very helpful. It was too impractical to chart the data. The charts are much more helpful than the details.

Sometimes what's going on in your head makes things more difficult than they need to be. So I sort all that out to get a more balance view.

It's not about willpower and priorities. It's about liking what you do. Things are so much simpler when you like what you do. So, I found a healthy diet that I like: GF Vegan with random meat days. I found an exercise set up that was spiritually rewarding: yoga, bellydancing, aerobic dance DVDs.

Fall in love with yourself. There is so much more to this than doing what you are suppose to do.

Patience. Balance. Moderation.

I track food, chores, water, and mood in my journal. It's faster and more relaxing than sitting at the computer all day.
