Woke up late, and starving... ate 2 toasted pb&j's .. I know. I should have just ate the one, the second one I just wanted for the taste! I counted the calories though and went on with my day! :)

I had an Arbonne protein shake with fiber boost, greens and full control. I started Arbonne's 30 day challenge to healthy habits. Between that and here I am sure to lose!

I made a fruit smoothie in my magic bullet blender. I used frozen berries and pineapple, then added half a banana, 1/3 cup fresh blackberries, and 1 Tb of crushed flax seed. I added 1 8oz cup of Almond mix, unsweetened. I have been trying to make smoothies for just about a week. This is my favorite one so far. I have added carrot and celery to others, I know it's good for you, but I really just like the fruit ones.

Life is short. Enjoy it while you can.

ARBONNEGIRL1031, have you ever tried ginger in your water for an upset stomach? There is less sugar, but you have to have fresh ginger on hand.
