outside with my doggie Zoey when it's warm and sunny and a nice breeze in the air.

its safer on the treadmill since I tend to day dream when I go for a walk and I have horrible allergies that its hard to be outside but for so long. However I would love to walk outside

I would love to walk outside but mother nature is not co-operating! (March and 20 degrees!)

I haven't been walking due to foot issues, but I don't mind treadmill as long as I have my own music to walk by.

I like walking outside if it is warm and safe to do so. I don't have a treadmill, but I have been looking for a used one. I just picked up a Tony Little Gazelle Freestyle machine at a thrift store and I think it will be a good machine for me to use as it doesn't put any stress on joints.

Life is short. Enjoy it while you can.

Treadmills make me dizzy from the motion...
I like walking outside with the fresh air and no one is sizing me up like at the gym.
I have an elliptical which allows me to do more that the average elliptical so I use it in the privacy of my home as well.

I would much rather a treadmill. Just because I can push myself harder in the privacy of my home. I'm okay with all that jiggles and how bad I look!!! Also I can totally sing along or mouth the words of my music without a care!! lol

HOWEVER, I don't have my own treadmill anymore, so it will be walking outside that I will be doing until I find the funds to buy another!

I just bought a treadmill and actually I love it! I do both, so yesterday was an hour long walk round the parks with my dog then got home and did 30mins on the treadmill. I guess because I want to start running eventually, the treadmill really helps as it's a constant speed to keep up with so does feel like definately more of a workout! And, today is grey and miserable and looking like rain, but I'll be nice and dry and warm indoors and can still workout. Preferably outside for me with my boy but British weather dictates me haha

Keep your head high or you will eventually walk into a wall

For me it is outside, I find it more interesting because I can go different ways and see different things and it is free. The only problem it if it is cold or raining I can find excuses not to do it!
