Everyone has great goals!!!!!!!!!!!

BLAZIKEN~ I don't know, maybe after going out one day you will feel more drawn to one or the other.

I'm doing miles, because then I will push myself to finish. I'm planning on doing 2 to start even though I haven't exercised in awhile. I'm pretty sure I'll be able to, and I figure once I'm out doing it to see how I feel. So might be 1, 2 or 3, but I know if I start that I won't stop till that mile mark. It's something ingrained in me, maybe from track in my teen years! haha

My goals this week are to get to the gym at least 3 times. I want to stick with my planned meals for the week so I can stay in my calorie range.

Julieinoregon I am doing the Walkabout challenge in the Challenge Central part of Spark which starts off with ten minute walks. I thought it might be something that would interest you emoticon

My goals this week are to drink 8 glasses water a day, make sure I do at least 10 minutes of exercise every day and to stay within my calorie range every day

My goal Is getting to the gym 3 times per week. I ride bike so I am not sure how to set that up with goals. Should go by time? Distance?

My goal this week is to walk a minimum of 10 minutes each day. I just started walking so I don't want to overdo it. Also, I just got a Tony Little Gazelle Freestyle machine at a thrift store and I want to do 10 min a day on it also.

Life is short. Enjoy it while you can.

Walk total of 10 miles

Water at least 8 cups a day

Stay under at least 1800 calories

Journal everyday, be binge free
