But I do have a daily Buddhist practice which includes offering thanks for things............ I never seem to be able to maintain 'journals'

I also have a few short guided meditation tracks on my phone which are about gratitude.

I really like having a gratitude journal. I've decided to write 3 things daily I'm grateful for in mine.

I'm making it a little bit detailed about what I'm grateful for. I figure that in the future in many years to come my adult children (now aged 24 and 25 years old), will be able to see it and read it!

They may learn more about their mother that perhaps they were unaware of or have reinforced to them when older and reading it things they did not agree with that I have taught them.

I figure by then they may understand things more and realise some of the things they once thought I was wrong about they may see them then at that time as correct lol

There are so many things in life to be grateful for and I'm a true believer in the power that "An Attitude of Gratitude has".
