This morning I had a sliced plum with breakfast and plan to have seedless grapes as a snack. Beef and broccoli for dinner.

I reviewed what my choices will include today: spinach, carrots, celery, and cucumbers (juiced and combined with an equal amount of tomato juice). Raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, and pineapple mixed with a Greek yogurt, and watermelon on the side! Since I will be juicing the veggies, I will try to squeeze in some roasted broccoli with olive oil, garlic, and onions to serve over quinoa. 13? I love my diet! emoticon And it loves me! emoticon

I have pleurisy, 2 types of anemia, macrocytic anemia, Iron deficiency anemia, from blood transfusions with wrong antibodies, causes blood to replace daily instead of 100 days, chronic pneumonia, pleurisy, chronic kidney disease, a partially collapsed lung, low blood pressure & blood clots in both lungs for 3 years. Now formed scar tissue.I am 56 years old. I had cervical cancer 6 years ago, no signs last 4 years as well. I have new blood clots now,2019.I am on P.S.T. time zone.
