Sorry to hear about your knee! It would be best to have it checked out by your doctor and get their recommendation and possibly a referral to a Physical Therapist, depending on what the injury actually is and how bad it is. You definitely don't want to make things worse, so you may need some rest and recovery time while it heals, but it would be a good idea to start with your doctor.
