Good morning!! It is snowing like crazy out. I'm going to have to shovel. I'm not sure how long it's supposed to last but I'll be able to get a good idea from my weather app.

After doing the Jessica Smith - Fall Back into Fitness challenge for a week, I think I'm going to have to switch to pure cardio. My hand has started getting numb again. I thought it was due to crocheting, but I've put up my crocheting. emoticon

Not a lot to do today. No work but cleaning my own home. Provided I decide to do it.

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and had 15,802 steps yesterday. Plan changed truck was moved from 6AM to noon so no gym workout today but will track truck unload this afternoon it's always a workout in itself and might get a little glutes work just on my own. Won't know my work schedule for next week until tomorrow afternoon at the latest to plan my at home and gym workouts for the week.

I was able to go to my workout class at the gym today. Since my hubby has been in the hospital I have been unable to go. I got in a good workout. Cold day and expect some freezing rain tonight. I have some plans for tomorrow and hope to get back to the gym.

Dreama - wonderful to hear that your son is getting married. I hope all goes well and you will be able to go.

Dreama, Congratulations on your son's wedding!! I will keep you in my prayers that you are able to go be there with them on their special day!!

Feeling more alive today so I should be able to get all of my goals for today accomplished! We got a little snow last night, but our good neighbor came and cleared our steps and drive way so I didn't have to get out and do it. Sure didn't want my hubby to think he could do it yet.

Good morning!! I hope you are all doing well.

Today I have one house to clean and one last bill to pay. Then I'm going to come home and start dinner. We are having pot pie. I also have the bank to clean tonight.

What I've been doing is as soon as I get in the house from my last job, I change straight into my workout clothes and exercise. That way it is done and I'm not procrastinating after dinner. It has also made it easier for me to get to the bank at a decent time.

I just found out yesterday that my son is going to be getting married on the 29th. Not a lot of time to save for it. I'm going to get my taxes done this week so that, by God's grace, the money is there (providing I don't owe) to make the trip. It's out of town. Midwinter, so prayers that it will be warm and no drastic weather. I could not bear to miss my son's wedding.

Anyway, I think I need to get up and get my morning chores done and feed myself so that I can be ready before time to head out.

Linda thank you wishing my hubby well, he is doing a little more than he should but he usually does.

I woke up this morning feeling like I have a cold coming on, sure hope not. I take Emergen-C Immune each morning, so hope that helps if this is what it is.
Another sleepless night so am really dragging today. I will get a little exercise in but not as high energy as I have been doing the last few days.
We lucked out and didn't get any of the snow predicted for last night. It can just stay away until next winter!

emoticon 2-4-2020 A GOOD SUBJECT FOR ALL OF US:
Having clutter can be really a mess. Every day I do a 15 minute 'sweep' from our wonderful team FLYLADY. Getting everything tidy. Outside, too! STUFF: The way I do it, is take 1 tiny space at a time, DAILY. Like a drawer or shelf ??? My DH likes his things, too. We are both collectors. My mom- our family are marionette artist. I keep all of her things, since 1958, many in a storage unit, if I'm not using them in my performances. I just recently 'willed' them to friends that wanted them & that know their worth.

I like having several choices in clothes. I have WAY too many tops & sweaters, but I DO like wearing several different things, daily. Also our weather is VERY mixed. (lows in the 30's & highs in the 117! I don't put away my winter things. IF I pick something out I haven't used in a year or 2, I donate. I have a LARGE bag in our closet, just for it! Hope this helps you! I KNOW there are many ways to deal with it, this is how I do. We DID just redo our living room. First time in 20 years! We keep it VERY uncluttered, nice to watch new TV & visit with friends & for date nights. A work in progress! emoticon

Good morning!!

I did manage to get the bank finished last night. So, for the next couple of weeks I can kind of take it easy. Bare necessities and such.

Today I have two fairly large houses to clean and they are back-to-back so I won't be home until roughly 4:30 or after. I'm planning on doing as I did yesterday and rather than sit down for the little while before I have to cook dinner, I'm going to get right into my exercise clothes and do my workout. I'm a bit sore from yesterday, but I'm sure by the end of the month I won't be sore. I've got a bit of shoveling to do today so that will add a few minutes. It won't be much as the wind has blown most of it off the sidewalks.

I need to get my dishes soaking. By the time I got home from the bank it was 10:00 and I opted to relax for the bit before bed rather than doing dishes.

Today was busy. I went grocery shopping, walking, trip to Walmart for bird food and a small amount of housecleaning. Also had a few phone calls to check up on hubby's health.

Sorry I have been AWOL.
Hubby had a surgery on Thursday and I have been busy with him. He had PT today and is doing very well.
I have been working very hard at getting 45 to 60 minutes of exercise in each day. I can really feel the difference. Some achy muscles but that is even getting better.

I haven't been posting in this group for a while. I've been super busy. I got knocked down with a cold starting the first of January. As soon as that was over with (or was it before?) I got hit with another cold so I was down the entire month of January. I missed a week's work due to it.

I have a full day ahead. Two rather large houses to clean then deep cleaning one last section of the bank. If I do that then I won't have any deep cleaning to worry about until the week of the 16th. It takes about two weeks to start noticing the dust. I just realized that tomorrow and Wednesday I don't have to be at my client's homes until 10:00 a.m. I love getting that extra hour of sleep.

I also have exercise today. I'm doing the Jessica Smith - Fall Back Into Fitness routine. I'm planning on doing that until the end of the month then I will find another 'challenge' and do that for a month. I hope I can find 11 more 'challenges' then that will take me to the end of the year. LOL!! Already planning to the end of the year. How nutty!

I can't believe I woke up to only one glass in the sink. I'm so happy about that.

Karla you are doing great!! That is how I started too. Some days when I don't feel like exercising I convince myself to just do 10 right now and then we can see how the day goes. Well I usually get a lot more than that.
I think it is just the idea that we are going to exercise!! It seems like that word 'exercise' sounds like a lot of work, make it fun no matter what you do!

Having a hectic day. Hubby is laid up for a couple of weeks after a surgery yesterday, so I am doing my work around the house and his too. That will result in some good exercise and I get to do the cooking again!!

The 10 minutes a day of exercise is how I got to 200 a day, adding as often as I can. I DO include heavy housecleaning.

emoticon emoticon January! 1-31-2020= my thoughts for this day. I've been packing up my marionettes to perform at Nature Preserve, tomorrow. Should be a lovely group! I'm trying out a new number. I'm sure the audience will love it!

My Forever Friend's daughter is about to have a baby. First new born in years, for our 'family' I'm so excited! Sending them a present of stuffed Owls. I have fallen in love with the idea of 10 Minutes (+) of fitness a day. It is so much easier to think I just have to do 10 minutes. I started at 10 and have been slowly increasing. Today I was going to increase it to 15 minutes for my evening walk but I was feeling so good during my walk that I did 30 minutes. It felt good to walk that long today.

It also feels good to share with others. Thanks for reading and cheering me on.

Clement Stone All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and had 17,428 steps yesterday. Today's workout plan is 8min elliptical to warm up then Shoulders/Arms and 20min walk on Jiu Jitu mats if they are available but if not then will walk on the turf.

Yesterday I took my car in for repairs. Thank goodness my SIL is lending me her car.

My neck seems to be doing better and I will try my exercise classes next week. Right now all I have been doing is my PT, chair yoga, and some walking.

Almost all green on my Versa but should be all green having issues with active minutes syncing correctly, achieved my steps per hour goal and had 16,483 steps yesterday. Today's workout plan is 8min elliptical warm up then Chest and 20 min walk on Jiu Jitu mats.
