I'm having trouble figuring out how to set my macros to track for keto. It seems like they're set up for just a basic low-cal, low-fat diet.... Never mind. I found the customization section to customize my macros. Allll good.

It is so hard for me to get enough fats in. I try to keep my protein a little lower but that's hard in trying to get in the fats. I've started eating an avacado every single day, and this seems to be bringing my macros up to where they need to be. I've also found that the scale is moving once again as well. :)

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me
