Thanks for posting, I didn't know there was an online version. I'll take a look at the online version and see if I can make better tweaks to my plan. I'll keep ya posted!

Glad you are here!

Like you, my first goals/priorities workout plan was too intense so I also changed my setting "back" a notch. Then I forgot the notices as I was just using the website. After installing the app I then started with the Daily Fix videos (to get into the habit of coming to the app) and then added things back in after that. Now it is going well. I've gotten into the habit.

Sounds like you are off to a great start! Best wishes in finding what works best for you and meeting your goals.

My Day 1 with FitOn didn't go so great. I forgot the workouts are automatically generated at my scheduled times, and my first work out was a HITT workout.

As soon as the video started I realized that it was too intense for me.

So I had to go back and take a better look at my workout settings/favorites. As of now, the only workout favorites I have set are Cardio, Strech, and Yoga.

I was really wanting to do a more intense workout, but not as intense as the workouts that pop up. I am going to keep going for a little longer with this app because it has some pros and cons compared to the Nike Fitness app.

My Pros and Cons so far:
Pros
I really love the way the app is set up. I love that I can program my favorite type of workouts, and it autogenerates me a workout plan. I love the way it breaks my plan down into weeks. I like that it has good quality workout videos.

Cons
I'm struggling to find a few workouts that work for me. I have to prescan the workouts prior to me starting, then set them to favorites and come back to them later. I may as well be back on the nike fitness app. This app isn't "Big Girl Friendly" in my opinion.
