Each day with a great big NOPE is a triumph. They do add up I just passed my 3 year mile stone and yes there are still times when smelling someone smoking really makes me crave one. My daughter quit about 10 years ago and the smell of someone smoking made her sick after about a month. I wish I was that way. Still I would not go back to smoking.

Thanks I'm excited to be done.
Congrats on day two JAYDEE. It does get easier. The hardest part the first week for me was that I couldn't sleep and I felt nauseous every night before I went to bed. Now that I am finally sleep it is a bit easier. Keep up the good work

Great job! I can't wait to get to that point myself! I'm on Day 2 and still having a hard time, although it's gotten better as the day has gone on. A friend of mine told me that she still thinks about smoking after she quit 20+ years ago...I guess it never goes away, but it gets fewer and farther between and much easier to ignore.

I did it two weeks with no smoking and my body feels so much better. I think the first week was definitely harder than the 2nd but I'm not going to lie I still think about smoking sometimes.
