Just read the article posted by AccidentalHW1. I would like to agree with it. It would be nice if just eating the whole foods listed would result in weight loss. Since I had multiple heart issues last year, I really need to stick closely to a very low saturated fat diet. I kind of threw that under the bus this week, with some pretty far off violations. Need to get right back on. Glenn

I think quantity did matter for me, but it's a whole lot easier to eat intuitively when I'm eating real food. It's like liquid calories that don't make you feel full - Twinkies don't make you feel full either, they just rack up the calories.
