Walked for 30mins @ 25 min mile with my mother, she is way out of condition.

Then whilst she was doing her chair exercise class, I walked another 35 mins @ 15 min mile

I burned 610 calories. I rode the stationary bike, the treadmill and the elliptical. I feel great! I'm bound and determined to be move to the next town by the end of the month. I don't want to be in the 200's anymore!!!

Forgot to add-I also did the Bootcamp Challenge video.

I did Gaiam's Bootcamp DVD and I went to the gym and got on the treadmill. Did a total of 120 minutes of exercise and burned just over 1,000 calories.

I have a cold, so I've done nothing but sit around for days. So I went for a 1-1/4 mile run today (plus warmup/cooldown). Also walked to the supermarket to get ingredients for chicken soup.

I so badly wanted to take a nap this afternoon, but instead I walked to the mall near my house to sell some books to the used bookstore and then took a long way home. 2.6 miles and 45 minutes. Just went one step at a time.

So far, nothing. However, it's only 10am here and I am just finishing breakfast. I will kick my butt into gear fairly soon. Maybe W6D1HM - week 6 day 1 half marathon program. should be able to cover about 4-5miles in that half hour.

Well, today the run in my vibrams was good. It feels strange - my feet actually move differently without the shoes encasing them as I run. It was overall good, but my feet burn. I use specialized socks to prevent it. I noticed my feet a little warm when I got home, but now (1hr later) it's gone. I will try again and use some body glide. I will keep you posted.
