Felt good at the gym today! Did 30 minutes of strength training (my husband helps me with this), 30 minutes of elliptical and 30 minutes of tread mill.

Went to the fitness center today. Walked/jogged on the indoor track for 1 mile, completed a few minutes on the stationary bike, and finished up with some free weights for the arms.

I got to get back to exercising on a daily basis even if I start out with 5 minutes a day. I have to get a routine going.

Hi! First day on spark, today I have exercised 37 minutes I would like to exercise 30 minutes a day and eventually move up to 45 minutes a day over time. I would like to exercise 5 days a week and eventually move up to 7 days a week as well.

Exercising is not my thing, but I need to move to lose!

I'm not good at all with exercising but I have decided to start small. I am going to use my hand weights emoticon today when watching T.V.

Welcome to the state of the art 200-ville fitness center....we have it all! Treadmills, Aerobic classes, yoga, pilates, indoor pool, indoor track, cardio machines, weight machines, free weights,you name it we got it.

Make sure you register at the desk with the exercise you've done today!
