Hi all!

I completed C25K in May of 2008 and ran 3 races that year. Then I got pregnant and had a baby boy a week and a half ago! So, as soon as he is sleeping a bit better I will be restarting C25K with the goal of running the same 3 races next year (and maybe a few more). I was hoping to run through pregnancy, I was doing the 8K training prior to, but it just didn't work out for me so I only ran for the first month or so. I'm really excited to get back into running!

Any tips from moms who've been in my running shoes are appreciated!
