I finished W1D1 yesterday. I walk everyday and try to run, but couldn't do it for very long. I did it yesterday though. I just kept thinking that what doesn't kill me will make me stronger...and I did it!! Congrats to you Carolyn! That's great! emoticon

You can download the podcasts from itunes, then you won't have to watch your time, Ullrey will do it for you. It's much easier that way...no thinking involved.

started saturday june 18; worked out on treadmill at gym; when i go for a walk outside I guess I will take my kitchen timer ;)
I have a nike plus with my nano, so I could look at the time on that
so, all I do is 3 workouts this week, 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking, with 5 min walking warmup (which I did about 1.5 min of warmup)
I usually walk/jog a few times a week
so just walking for 1.5 min was a little slow
but i think the running was more than i normally do
