that sounds like a blessing.

I'd say I'm no better than before; actually weigh more - at some point I had lost significant pounds. However, I eat better. I exercise more. I'm more mindful. If I can keep going I think I will be pleased with the results.

It is interesting how far I've come so far. I've been thinking about where I am now and where I was when I started.

Now I have a new knee replacement and I have been working on getting more active. I am motivated to be healthy.

Seven years ago, I was lethargic and always tired. I was in constant pain and weighed over 275 pounds.

How about you?

The scale doesn't measure improved health, reduced pain, and a better lifestyle.
