How is it going for you? I am having a joint replaced with silicon on Wednesday it is the middle joint of the middle finger on Mt left hand. Weight is up. Time yo get it down.

Why do you have a bad attitude?

Ate too much but exercise is easier since it is cool. Down side is I don't lose the water weight walking in the winter that I do in the summer.

Good day today. My body makes me start slowly but once I get moving I feel better. Walked 4 miles this afternoon in one exercise and it was hot and I sweated 4 pounds at least and drank back 3 when I got home.

My spring break challenge is to ride my bike 10 miles every week day. I did it Friday and today. Friday the ride took me 79 minutes today only 68.

I have given up sugar and I am just today started giving up white flour. I want to get my blood sugar under control.

I gaveup the sugar and white flour to do something doable but drastic to feel like I am making progress in fighting my diabetes. It works mostly. But for a few days it was really hard.

I walk for exercise. I am trying to start weight lifting and pilates too.

What do you do for exercise?

I agree with the portioning and moderation but, I was not doing that very well.

You can do it or just cut down with portion control still have some but just not as much, That way with portion control your not denying yourself, But I am not a expert but I don't think I could cut out sugar or flour. What do you do for exercise?

OK I was in denial last week. Not much exercise eating bad and just not working on it. So today I am back to giving up white flour and sugar. I am kind of scared because it did not work last week. But, here I go again making it happen.

I want to get off some diabetic meds and lose some weight.

I need to start taking it seriously, I hope I do not wait till a serious medical problem arises. I am doing 25 jumping jacks today every time I use the restroom. So far with all the water I am drinking I have done 100 so far. Still have the rest of the day to go. he,he,pee,pee,jump,jump,weeeeeeee! LOL

I just noticed we are a bit past 2 years. I am depressed because I could have lost all this weight since then. but, I am happy that I am doing it now. How is everyone else doing?
