I have heard great things about it. I haven't found a yogurt that matches with my diet. I eat low carb and low fat if I can. I guess I need to get some plain and some fruit. But, I have not so far.

They can but your body absorbs natural sources better. I can't remember the vitamin/mineral to eat along with the suppliment that will help absorbtion. Iron I think?

I have been hearing this about milk products for awhile, so it is nice to hear more about this. I need to get more milk products in my diet for sure.
