There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Acupuncture YES! I went last week after my TKA to have my first session. It will help stimulate nerve and tendon healing through increased blood circulation. I could go on for days about the miracles my Acupuncture MD has wrought in my life. God bless, Dr. He!

i haven't heard of anyone...........but i would expect that if it was helpful it would be better than any pills for pain and their side effects etc.........

Has anyone else had acupuncture for their knee pain. The physiotherapist does about 15 minutes each time I get a session. I'm not sure if it's helping or not. Doesn't hurt except once. emoticon

Motivation gets you started. Habit keeps you going.
