Totally skipping X. LOL! But for Y...so we have a guy at work who is from the DR. And he brought in something that smelled amazing. We all thought it was mashed potatoes but the smell wasn't quite right. Turned out he was eating YUCCA. And based on the smell...it was DELICIOUS!!!!
