Those are GREAT goals @K-RAE82 !!!

I worked up my spread sheet for the last week of June & July today. I just realized a couple of things I left off. So I will revise. :)

1. Track all calories every day (even really bad days) helps to keep on track and be conscience of why I haven't lost weight
2. continue getting the spare rooms cleaned out and organized
3. bike twice a week - includes the camping weekends now that we bought a bike hitch no excuses
4. Get everyone committed and signed up for new Fall/winter sports league now that I am taking over as Captain
5. add in ab workouts at least 5 times per week. need to trim at least 2" in the month of July

I'm going back to basics Girlies.
1. Start with 32 is per day & 8 oz per week.
2. Walk at least 10 minutes every day. Rain. Sun. Hot. Hotter. Just do it!!!
3. 1 Fruit. 1 vegie. Daily. Increase over the course of the month.

Regardless of what the scale says or does...THIS is the PLAN!!!
