dreading tomorrow night pizza. Might have a small salad and one piece of pizza. Will keep you posted.

I bought a new rollator/walker and had the great idea I would walk more with it., Well, I kick butt in the house and only took it for a spin outside twice. With the temp 105, not crazy about walking outside. Anything over 75 is too hot for this sr citizen. I am a fall/winter person and we have 91 days to go for fall. Bev

Randy, you can bet I will let you know. I figure if I don't eat anything all day, then maybe I can have 2 slices. But I used to have a pizza restaurant and I can eat a whole large all by myself. Shame on me. But I was much younger and thinner and could get away with it. But today, that is not the case. I got on the scale this morning and the scale told me to go away and come back another day. Darn scale, doesn't know how close I came to heaving it in the trash. LOL

I was thinking of buying me a three wheel bike, but I have no place to put it so it doesn't get stolen. I live in a sr mobile home park, and a man bought himself a brand new 3 wheel bike, rode with it one time, anchored it to his mobile home with all types of bolts and chains and someone ripped it out and took it. Do I want it in my house? I don't think so. It is so darn hot, that I would not be able to ride it anyways. It is going to be in the high 90's all week and 102 on Fri, Sat and Sun. Way too hot for this Senior Citizen. Bev

Bevieg41 -- you'll have to let us know how its went with your pizza

still similar place with my bucket list.

I've only messed up on the dishes in the sink 1 time this month

I probably won't be getting the bike serviced until the temperatures start cooling down

Went to a catered BBQ today, those are so difficult to find the nutritional information, but I drank 3 bottles of water because it was so darn hot, So that was a plus.

On my bucket list for June was to book a cruise to Hawaii, which I did, I also took on a challenge for 2 weeks to lose weight. 5 days into the challenge and I am tracking every day, monitoring my sodium and lost 2 lbs. It is not great, but it is a start. Bev
