I work at McDonald's. I try to walk outside during my 30 minute break unless it is raining. Then I walk in the common area of a nearby building. However, today I spent 3 hours in back cash first thing so I was freezing by the time I got my break so I did One mile wake up walk with Jessica Smith
in the break room. A couple people made fun of me but I took it all in stride...literally. Lol

Tonight I'm going to do the10 minute challenge that I have set up to challenge my non exercising family. This is how it goes.

Did you know variety is important when it comes to exercise? Your muscles are smart. When they do new things they’re a little shaky at first, but they learn quickly and become more efficient at doing them. As a result, they don’t have to work as hard (or burn as many calories, or respond with positive gains) to keep up. Today's challenge, Thursday 11/8, is to mix and match your workout. Do something you have never done or do two minutes of 5 different activities. If you don't have a clue, do these fun songs. I picked them special for you guys. At least I hope you smile. I did!!
