I'm using Turbo Jam and Prenatal Yoga with Shiva Rhea, waiting for my Yoga Booty Ballet baby On The Way DVD (and Brazil Butt Lift) to arrive.

When I'm not pregnant I love my Insanity (and the occasional Stripilates workout)! I want to try ChaLEAN Extreme, but I figure I can get that later. I do love weights!

I'm loving the Exhale Spa Core Fusion dvd workouts I've been doing .I like the fact that the workouts are intense , require little space , and only require 10 minutes of time.The workouts are Lotte Berk ,pilates,yoga and strength based exercises which allows you to work your muscle groups in different angles and greater depth .Check out the arm sculpt segment on YouTube.

Trinni, which DVDs are you using for small spaces? I may find that I already have it in my collections :) Just the other day, I noticed that I had Mission Possible. The cardio part of that is great for my space, as it just requires side to side movements and hardly any up and down.

Because Border's has been running a 40% off sale I bought Jillian's Burn Fat ,Boost Metabolism,Petra Kolber's Cardio For Beginners and You:The Owner's Manual workouts just to name a few of my purchases.I'm using Tamilee Webb's ,Beginner's Stretch For Flexibility ,which is really helping me to relax and get some pain relief .

I'm finishing my second week of chalean extreme as well. I haven't loss any weight yet. but i'm starting to see definition. And boy am I sore. I also try to workout at least an hour a day so in addition to the Chalean workouts I try to either run or do Turbo jam to make it a full hour. emoticon

Chalean Extreme isn't too hard on your knees, and they have someone doing modified versions of everything.

I like it, but I haven't lost a lot of weight with it. I've gained lots of definition, though.

I switch back and forth between my dvd collection. To incorporate more cardio, I like Turbo Jam, Core Rhythms, and WATP. I'm thinking about trying the Firm workout I saw in Target yesterday that guarantees you burn 500 calories a session. It requires that you work out for an hour, though. I don't know if I have that kind of time. We'll see. I'd like to find out more about the Chalean Extreme before I spend my money. Is it hard on your knees? That's always my issue, so I change up workouts kind of often.

I've just started yoga booty ballet, and I LOVE IT! It's low impact, which is great because my knees have been acting up. I do feel it, though, especially in my abs. It's great.

I'm starting Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred, and I'm scared LOL...

Keiah, for the moment all my dvd purchases are ones that don't require a lot of space. Moving from a house to a house now I'm in an apartment, I've lost my space. Hopefully, once hubby gets transferred back to the DC area, we'll find a house for rent so I can get my space back.

Keiah, you have been good. I went on a dvd spending spree last week. I just got the Borders email and dvds are now 40% off. I'm hoping that tomorrow when I go get my hair done, I can just go right past the store without going in LOL

Right now, it's weight training at the gym three days a week and step and kickboxing classes three days a week. When I was working out at home, these were the programs I was using:

Jari Love's Ripped and Cathe strength workouts for weights
Christi Taylor and Amy Bento for cardio.

However, I WAS on a virgin DVD rotation, so I've been mixing in a lot of CIA workouts for cardio.

CONFESSIONS: I just bought Jari Love's Extremely Ripped on totalfitnessdvds. I also succombed to the totalfitnessdvds sale and bought two Kathy Smith DVDs - her pilates one and yoga one. Yes, I don't need them, but I wanted them :) So that's four fitness DVDs I've bought this year. Not too bad, considering it's April.

Ripped is a series of dvds by Jari Love.

Check her site www.rippedworkout.ca. Also Amazon.com carries them. You can preview at www.collagevideo.com and www.totalfitnessdvds.com

They're high rep low weight workouts and you will see a difference :-)

is the system called "ripped"?? where did you purchase the program? The only thing I had a problem with was the nutrition program...it has a lot of protein and very little carobs and I can't do that - I know my body enough to know that I'll be exhausted if I don't eat enough carbs...I def try to stick with all whole grains and whole wheat stuff, but I do have to compromise sometimes

Continue to Challenge Yourself because you are worth every drop of sweat, every before and after photo, all those jeans you had to toss because you don't fit in them....you are worth giving yourself a chance again! You can do it!!

I love to mix things up. Currently I'm doing a Ripped rotation, 2 weeks Ripped, 1 week Slim and Lean, 2 weeks Ripped and Chiseled.

I mix up the cardio and add yoga and pilates for flexibility :-)

So I just recently made the purchase of my life...I got the ChaLEAN Extreme porgram from Beachbody.com - I swear by it! My body is so sore and its bliss! I feel like I'm finally in control again and thats empowering. I'm also a huge Turbo Jam lover! Got to love Chalene! She's so amazing!

What workouts are you using?
