I've done a bit of light weight lifting throughout the day. I biked to work to grab food. I will be going for a 40 minute walk later.

Because of the rain yesterday, I did my Friday circuit training and ST yesterday. I'm pretty sore (mostly the good sore) and today I work for 4 hours at the library, which is a surprisingly physical job.

So, today is my day off from exercise (formal exercise).
