Hey everyone, sorry I haven't been posting my stuff! Today I went for abotu a 45 minute walk with my Daddy, yesterday I did about 40 min at the gym, and I did aquafit on tuesday and wednesday. Been soo busy and exhausted from exams. Good job on being active!

Killed it on the treadmill today, can't wait until I drop more pounds AGAIN and it will be so much easier!

I want to STOP Shopping While Fat, it is no fun! (COMPLETE)

28 minutes of 28 day bootcamp video - and 7 minutes on treadmill going uphill. I wanted to test my knee to see if it will handle hills outside. O my goodness, going uphill for 7 minutes will get your heart beating!

Just got back from walking about 2 miles or so around and around a school playground with a friend while her youngster played on the slides & jungle gym. A little light for me today, but it was good to take on some new terrain!

Today I did 12 minutes on the treadmill (no jogging - my knee feels screwy again), 38 min on the bike, 15 minutes on the stair master and 15 minutes on the elliptical.

I do 20 minutes on the Total Gym for strength training, and 22 minutes on the stationery bike.
Walking is what I like best, so I always try to walk once a day too. I'm heading out now!
Have a happy day.

This is not meant to be a comparison, it's in another one of my spark groups, and I think it's an excellent idea that could help people mix up their workouts.
