Took my son to the gym with me today and we did 15 minutes on the treadmill and 15 on the stationary bike plus some various strength training machines.

I am so glad to see people are still posting here. I know I've been absent for a while, but I'm back!!

Today I did core and leg strength training exercises, 21 minutes on the bike, 14 minutes on the stairmaster, and lat pulldowns and shoulder presses at the gym.

I woke up & did some SparkPeople videos, looove them! :) Got in about 20 minutes.
I'm addicted to all the resistance band exercises. I can seriously feel the difference those make.

So far this morning I did a 2 mile run and 10 minute walk. On both my breaks I will do a 15 minute walk. And tonight I will do Jillian Michaels Cardio 1 from her Body Revolution kit. emoticon emoticon
