yesterday I did the 35 min FIRM hard core fusion. so far today, I did 20 minute push mowing (don't worry! I will do something more later today)

I'm back again!! After my month and a half off and some weight gain I've been back at it since monday. took yesterday off though.

Today I did my "do it daily" routine. Which involves 20 jumping jacks, 10 crunches, 5 pushups, 10 calf raises, 25 russian twists, 10 squats, 20 high knees, 30 second plank, and then a 15 second side plank. Then repeat it.

I'm also going to the gym tonight for an hour of cardio after work.

very much a functional fitness day... walked my son to school and back, that's two miles. Then I went to the backyard and worked on spreading mulch for about an hour. Then I did a quickie workout of 30 min dancing and jogging in place. WHEW!

I took my boys out walking at our local park, and we also did the "fitness in the park" ST equipment there. :) Got in about 35 mins before it started sprinkling. Now I just need to round off my hour with 25 mins on the elliptical!
