sometimes my schedule doesn't let me fit in a full work out,.. im trying my best to at least do ten mins a day! Today I only really had about 15 mins.. so I did a core aerobic workout I found on youtube, got my heart beat going, was sweating and i know thats what really counts! Ive learned recently that its not really about the lbs you loose.. its about being healthy and fit! and walking up the stairs without loosing your breath!

FOLLEYM you are doing great! No amount is too small! When I started I could walk a 1 block and jog for 15 seconds and even that made me cry!

Oh my days you ladies are doing so well! Makes my effort seem so small in comparison! I did 6 mins of butt blasting and 15 mins of abs.
