I am also starting yet again, and thought where else but the DONE girls would give me the motivation and support I need. This isn't going to be easy, but it can be done. I've known people who have done it. I want to be one of those people!

Success is just around the corner for the person who refuses to quit.

One day, one hour and sometimes one minute at a time. I remind myself this is not going to happen overnight. Long hard work and dedication is the key. Discouragement comes with it as sad as that may be. But put one foot in front of the other and keep moving forward. The past is the past and today is a new day! From what I read, most people no longer have sleep apnea once they get to a normal BMI.

I'm in the same boat. Still having trouble sleeping with my C-pap machine. But fighting day by day. Three steps forward, two steps back but I'm still a step ahead. emoticon emoticon emoticon

Every day is a new day, and although it does get exhausting to do the same thing day after day, to make positive choices day after day, to feel well enough to make those choices day after (sometimes monotonous) day, that is how it's done. You want this! You're doing something for yourself that nobody in the world can do for you. You're putting yourself first and sometimes that's hard because there are so many other avenues in our lives that need our attention that it may feel selfish, but as DONE Girls we are making that choice to put ourselves in a position of importance in our lives. We are giving ourselves as much love as we give to anybody else.

Choose to love yourself today and every day.

Well, here I go again! I m just about at my highest weight! I am off for the summer an I want to use the time to focus on me and losing weight and being healthy! This has been a life long battle so I ma not feeling very confidant. I could use some DONE GIRL support and motivation!

MAKEWEE - I just saw your post. There is so much support here - we're all in the boat together. You can do this! I'm taking weight loss 10% at a time. I've got my weight tracker only showing those amount instead of my absolute finish line. It's just too overwhelming.

You've heard it before - one step, one mile, one hour, one day at a time! emoticon
I also understand your sleep apnea issue. I was diagnosed October 2013. It's a very long story but, it is improving.

I found them in one of my "low" moments, when I'd lost my motivation too. They helped; they "fixed" my mindset and made me more persistent.
Also, think about why you want to quit. Are you bored of healthy eating? Of making time to exercise? Find out your why and come back so that we can help you fix that too.

Feeling very discouraged. This is really going to be an uphill battle against weight and sleep apnea. Calling all Done Girls - remind me again that Done Girls Don't Quit!
