Last night I made a skillet casserole (mostly just being lazy and not baking it) that was chicken, broccoli, jasmine rice and cheddar. Tonight I'm making tortellini soup and I'll probably have a salad with it.

I wish I knew! I had salmon and steamed veggies last night. I'm thinking something from the poultry family tonight. I'm mustering the strength to avoid copping out and having Dijiorno thin crust spinach and garlic pizza.
