I'm at 156 and my goal is 120. It seems like it just is impossible even though I've done it before - that's not right. It seems like I will let myself down and just won't do it, that I won't not that I can't. Motivation is lacking - I have the tools, support, knowledge just lacking in the "what's the point" area. I keep asking myself, what does it matter.

Don't know if it is self sabotage/ stress or just not putting my effort into it right now but I need to make some changes... I am going th wrong direction!

I am at 114 now... Want to be 110- my best would be 108 by the time I go to Cabot Trail on 26 May. emoticon

Starting April at +3 compared to same time in March! Ouch... It feels like I am doing the yoyo dance... Time to get serious! Back with a good balance diet so I can perform at my best for the Relay (in May)...
My goal for April (just in time before I move out of our house): down 6...
I can do this - if I don't cheat!!!

EDIT: I trust the Spark tracking -I did it before... So I will stop cheating myself, stick with my plans and not worry so much about the scale this month. I will get on the scale at the end of the month and back to you to report (good for accountability!)

Today I am 126.2 and it seems that my weight has been slowly creeping back up. My goal almost a year ago (I am almost at my one year Sparkversary) was 120. I reached 122 and a bit, but never made it to the 120. I seem to hover around the 125 mark. So my goal for April is to get below 125 again. I am not going to say 120, as I want this goal to be achievable.

Starting the month at 129.5 and even with business trip would like to get rid of 2.0 of excess weight

Every day I am on the verge of making slight changes that would make all the difference in my life.

One day I won't be able to do this, but today is not that day

Starting the month at 131.4

My goal for March was 4 lbs. I had a couple of bad days. I lost only 2 lbs in March, so I have 6 lbs to goal weight of 125.

I'm shooting for another 4 lbs this month.
