I like to do IF before going to an eating situation - and eat something about 15 minutes before I go just so I'm not starving and breaking my fast with delicious looking food that is not good for me.

Went to a birthday party last weekend. I saved a lot of my calories and carbs from lunch & dinner so I didn't go over by too much. I was still able to feel like I was participating in the party. I had dinner at home before going so I wasn't hungry and could control myself with all the temptation.
