emoticon Hi Sharon and welcome to the team!!! I have trouble getting motivated to exercise, too. A lot of my problems are pain and depression, but even so, I know getting exercise would probably help with both.

You might want to ask this question in the GENERAL CHAT thread. We're a very active team and most people post there daily. Our leader, Janice (of Florida - we have two Janice's) exercises every morning and so does another of our active members. I think they must find it easier to get exercise out of the way first before it gets too hot. Another of our members walks to Starbucks and other places. Another member walks to work, I think. SparkPeople has some great exercise videos and some are as short as 8 or 9 minutes. Sometimes I find it easy to do something short like that.

Hopefully some of our members will stop by and answer your question, but if not, please post it on the General Team Chat thread and I'm sure you'll get answers there!

Again, welcome!!! It's great to have you on the team!!! emoticon

I need to exercise but I seem to always find excuses for not doing it.
Suggestions to get me up and moving?
