Thanks for sharing! Many of these exercises were prescribed for me before and after total knee replacement.

In this work-along video, she recommends doing these exercises 5 times a week, perhaps before or after going for a walk. I found that interesting. I'd recently been testing doing bridges before walking. Definitely helps with glut activation.
