Food goals of Gluten free, Anti-inflammatory, Low Carb-Moderate Protein-High good fats way of eating with continued Intermittent Fasting=14-10 fasting/eating windows and M-W-F fast down to 500cal. Accountable for weight and calories

those are walking sticks - not ski poles!!! Goal 5000 steps daily and work up to 6000 if knee will tolerate it... increase time on treadmill M-W-F - Neuropathy seems to be progressing [getting worse] but I must keep walking with assists.
