I have changed my plan for the rest of January. Usually on my running rest days I would do nothing. In order to achieve this goal, I have to have 60 mins daily, so I am going to do some biking or Wii Fit on my running rest days to log some extra minutes, and it might even help me get that scale moving again too!



I'm going to do this too for January! See if I can beat my minutes for December (2019), or at least match them!

I want to thank our wonderful team leader for this challenge - it has been such an inspiration!! Also, thanks for the goodie for reaching the 2010!! I have calculated my stats and will come in around 2500 min over the past month--whew!!! I have also lost a few lbs, which is fantastic considering the holidays, etc.

I made it! I have 2160, through this morning. Thanks for the challenge. Congratulations to others that made it too. For those of you that didn't, keep trying to find ways to fit in those minutes. It really helped me over the holidays. I didn't make weight-in last week--up again. I will weight in this Friday and maybe things will look better by then?? Who knows, but I will keep trying.

I hate that I missed out on this challenge...will there be another in January per chance???
Anyways, dancing with my daughter is a pretty good workout. Walking down our long driveway a few times burns a few also (up hill). These are probably "old hat" but still work

Merry X-Mas Eve!!

I gave up tracking minutes at this point...LOL. I just got 11 new workout DVD's from my sweet husband for X-Mas!!! YIPPEE!! I am SO excited, although I think I may need a few days of rest before I go back to my usual workouts.

Tricia - Are you still traveling all over? I am so inspired by you being able to get in your exercise where ever you are. In fact, as I said before, you were my inspiration to get a mini DVD player and some power bands to take on vacations and over long weekends.

walking 120 min (these are resentful minutes spent doing an activity that took me away from what I would have rather been doing, which is almost anything, yes that is right busy holiday shopping, it is very hard to power walk while shopping without running over someone, and then try smiling, after all it is the holidays)

Mistic...pizza and chocolate...mmmm...comfort foods for me for sure. Congrats on making the exercise minutes and the 3 pounds. Good luck with the move. I'm trying to get back into logging my food, but its been sporadic, busy time of the year and eating many other places, but I'm getting in the workouts at least.

I will hit the 2010 today!! I have dropped about 3 lbs over the past 1 1/2 weeks as well, although my next step is to get back to healthy eating...maybe I'll have to join a January challenge for that...LOL

THANKS to everyone!! I would not consider myself an inspiration, however, because I feel like I'm about to drop - LOL. I have to move over the next few days and really have had no choice. I will take it easy today (relatively) and only walk the dogs in the morning (25 min), but I do have some serious moving to do later today. I have been trying my best to do my regular exercise as well on most days because it really gives me the energy I need to get through the day. I wish I could say I am doing as well with my eating, but that's not part of the challenge. :-)

I have pretty much fallen off on this challenge but am going to try and see how much I can get done in the rest of the month.

LOL...Tricia....I am still CRAZY with my workouts, but I also have gained about 10 lbs with really BAD eating over the past several months. I guess it doesn't make sense to work out like a madwoman and then eat chocolate and pizza every day!! LOL. I hope I can get this tapeworm under control and drop a few lbs. Good luck to you!

Hi Mistic! I'm good how are you??? I've been stressed and rundown for the past 6 months which have led to about an extra 10 pounds (that I worked so hard to lose the first go round). It looks like you're still crazy with the workouts!
