Yesterday I walked the dog for 20mins and did 50mins on the eliptical. Today I walked for 60mins.

Okay, I'm in. Yesterday I did 48 minutes Spinning, 30 minutes of yoga, and 30 minutes of (really bad) bellydancing.

Today isn't over yet, but so far 45 minutes Spinning.

I don't know about 2010 minutes, but I'll commit to doing as much as I can to reach for it. Planning on a minimum of 30+ minute walks for five days each week, with an additional workout three days each week. That would be at least 1000 minutes... so we'll see how far I get towards the goal.

12/1: 45 minute walk so far today

It's only 8:30am here, so I only have the six minute walk from my parking spot to work under my belt so far, but I just want to say woo hoo!
