I have been working hard since Dec 1st and I think I can make the 2010.

To date I have 595/2010, and I plan on kicking things up a notch over the next few weeks.

12/1- 80 min: 25 min walk, 55 min Indoor Cycling; 1930 remaining
12/2- 30 min: Indoor cycling - rough day! sat in meetings ALL day, sat driving home, cooked dinner, cleaned up a bit and it was time for bed!
12/3 - 60 min: 25 minute walk, 27 min video, 8 min ab video
12/4 - 20 min: walk :( very busy day!
12/5 - 60 min: HEAVY cleaning (steamed rugs, moved furnitire, etc.)-actually did more than 60 minutes but I capped it there

Hi Everyone! I am generally new to SparkPeople. I am trying to get the hang of everything. I saw this challenge and I got excited. Then I caught a cold. Hahaha Isn't that how it works. I am going to slowly work at getting what I can get in.

taking a rest day yesterday was just what I needed (even if I did it through necessity) the soreness from Tuesday has dissipated and I am ready for intervals and more lunges today after work (and I may go to Rock n blade if I think I can handle the teenage hormones) -- I'll report back later.

Rest day -- although I will get little rest boy am I busy -- but I need a day off I am definitely sore -- if I can I will do 20 min strength training (sit ups, push ups and lunges, etc) when I get home from the hockey game
