I'm getting here a little late in the game, but I'd like to join this challenge!

Oh dear, I let two days go by with no working out at all. So I did a spin class on Monday bringing my total so far to 444mins for this month, so 1566 to go. Time to get into gear. I plan for 1hr of walking today.

12/2- 30 min: Indoor cycling - rough day! sat in meetings ALL day, sat driving home, cooked dinner, cleaned up a bit and it was time for bed!

12/5 - 60 min: HEAVY cleaning (steamed rugs, moved furnitire, etc.)-actually did more than 60 minutes but I capped it there

12/9 - 40 minutes: XMas for crawl space, assembled tree

Good morning everyone! Hope you feel better soon Andrea! You all are kicking butt on this challenge - last week's family in town really sabotaged my workouts - I have some serious catching up to do!!!!

I took it pretty easy today and only did a cardio video on exercise TV. My shins are feeling pretty tight today and I do not want to hurt anything before my first 5K on Saturday. I did clean all day so that should count for something.

Jazzyjaz- I hear ya about the drinking messing you up! One of the reasons the holidays are so hard...

I stopped counting for several days there. Didn't make it to the gym, but did walk a lot every day. I'm just gonna round up to 310 down because I think I'm at least there. Definitely need to step it up a LOT if I'm gonna meet 2010, but even if I don't then the closer the better.

So we'll say...

Three days without any exercise -- one due to a champagne brunch event and another holiday party -- drinking too early, the next day? well, I drank too early and wasn't feeling so hot but I did make it to WW , yesterday it was an insane schedule but today I have a free hoops class offered by one of my colleagues looking to get more experience teaching, and then to the gym and then a bit of strength training --- it will make up a little of that time (maybe a day)

I could only get in a 25 min walk this morning - I'm exhausted and sore!! However, I am up to 715/2010, so that's not too shabby!!

wee k going good did bodycombat this evening
tomorrow night Teakwondo at golds gym
then wednesday walking.
I am having company come thursday night until the 15th or 16th of this month. but we are going to the mall so there will be some walking involved.
will pick back up after 12/16.

12/1- 80 min: 25 min walk, 55 min Indoor Cycling; 1930 remaining
12/2- 30 min: Indoor cycling - rough day! sat in meetings ALL day, sat driving home, cooked dinner, cleaned up a bit and it was time for bed!
12/3 - 60 min: 25 minute walk, 27 min video, 8 min ab video
12/4 - 20 min: walk :( very busy day!
12/5 - 60 min: HEAVY cleaning (steamed rugs, moved furnitire, etc.)-actually did more than 60 minutes but I capped it there
12/6 - 30 min: Outdoor mall walking; parked in far, far, far lot
12/7 - 0

Really having a hard time with exercise. I developed severe eczema on my face so I can't get to sweaty because the heat and salt...sucks!

Tamador - you can track wherever you like. Many of us just post it here because it is just as easy and holds us accountable to others when we track here. If you are going to track and earn points and stuff through Sparkpeople then just stop back in every now and again and let us know how you are doing...and at the end to let us know if you met the challenge!

Hi Everyone!

Didn't finish tracking last week - my total for week one: 175/2010
Slow first week start for me as I get back into gear!

Week 2:
Monday - 60 min P90X Core Synergistics, 30 min running, 15 min walking - 105

Total: 280/2010

Happy week 2 everyone! 2010 here we come!
