Ok, I realize I only have half the month to go, but I have been working out. It's probably been 6 months since I've been on here or participated in a challenge, but I'm hoping it will help take off my stress pounds, or at least keep me from gaining anymore over christmas and new years. Here's my best guest for my minutes!

Week 1 total: 620 minutes, leaving 1320.

Week 2
Dec 8: 0, rest day
Dec 9: 60 minute run 5 minutes each for warm and cool. 60 minutes on stationary bike watching TV. Total of 130 for the day: 1190 remaining
Dec 10: 45 minute aerobics session, 23 minute 2 mile run, with 5 warm and 7 cool mins for a total of 80 minutes today: 1110 remaining
Dec 11: 7K run 47 mins with 5 warm up and 10 cool down + 60 minute bike time for a total of 122 minutes today: 988 remaining
Dec 12: 60 mins bike time : 928 remaining

12/1- 80 min: 25 min walk, 55 min Indoor Cycling; 1930 remaining
12/2- 30 min: Indoor cycling - rough day! sat in meetings ALL day, sat driving home, cooked dinner, cleaned up a bit and it was time for bed!
12/3 - 60 min: 25 minute walk, 27 min video, 8 min ab video
12/4 - 20 min: walk :( very busy day!
12/5 - 60 min: HEAVY cleaning (steamed rugs, moved furnitire, etc.)-actually did more than 60 minutes but I capped it there
12/6 - 30 min: Outdoor mall walking; parked in far, far, far lot
12/7 - 0
12/8 - 30 minute: walk
12/9 - 40 minutes: XMas for crawl space, assembled tree
12/10 - 40 minutes: 30 minute video, 10 minute building walk at work
12/11 - 50 minutes: 20 minute walk, 30 mintue video

1600 left

This not being able to sweat much is killing me. As soon as I break a good sweat my eczema gets irritated and I spend the rest of the night trying to put out the "flames" on my face. Ugh! Oh well...I am still trying to make the goal. I think I will add in some 10 minutes walks through the building at work during the day to bump up some minutes during the day.

Hi all - happy weekend! I was out sick for a couple of days, so a little further behind I get!

Week 1 Total = 175
Week 2:
12/7 - 60 min P90X Core, 30 min running, 15 min walking - 105
12/8 - 60 min Arms & Shoulders, 25 min abs - 85
12/9 - 60 min boot camp, 90 min yoga - 150
12/10 - sick
12/11 - sick
12/12 - 40 min running, 15 min abs = 55

Total: 570/2010 - 1440 to go
