Well, so far I have tracked my food every day, but I haven't quite gotten within my calorie range. But since I'm kicking butt at the gym, I'm losing weight so I think my calories can be adjusted up to 2000 instead of 1500. I definately haven't over eaten, so I think I'm on the right track.

So, long story short, I'll say I'm 3/3 so far! Today's going to be a little hard b/c I really want to buy a coffee to celebrate my weight loss...but I won't!!

I am tracking and trying to stay in range AND tracking exercise, FYI. That will help me! Gosh, the calories are SO DIFFICULT!

12/1: Tracked, over. 75 min workout!
12/2: Tracked, in range!! 50 min workout!
12/3: Tracked, over. 0 min exercise (need a rest)

Well so far I am 2/2 with both under max range -- wish me luck tonight -- I am going to a meeting with food (likely not healthy and then a hockey game where a beer is likely to be consumed -- think I can keep it to one?)

I see I'm not the only one who tracked 12/1 but went over!! Whew!!! hehehehe.

HELPFUL TIPS: I did some searching around on the board last month and got a tip I found very helpful and have been implementing...try to plan your meals for the next day the night before...you can always go in and update if needed.

Also, did you know you can copy a meal from one meal to the other or from way to to another? This is a great time saving tool if you eat the same things several times in a week.

Feel free to share your tips if you have them!

I ate very high volume with lots of veggies yesterday and ended up having something else to eat to get my tracked nutrients in range (even though I wasn't really hungry) but was still about 20 cals under

Day 1: tracked but not in range. However, if I know I'm going to be out of range, I usually stop tracking but today I made myself track everything and see exactly how much over I was. So yay me sort of LOL :)

Stayed within the range but I have to get better about what I drink. If I am going to have wine in the evening (which, I AM) then I need to have a light dinner and not forget lunch. Today I keep around 500 till dinner then have pizza and wine (1000), still kept in my calorie range but what a nutritional devoid day. Oh well I cannot work on everything at once. I am doing this and the 2010 challenge. Still I will work on the pizza and try to keep wine to 16 oz.
