I'm going to need to adapt my cardio QFC because of my PT restrictions. I'll be doing the prescribed recumbent bike: 10 min 3 times today along with the inner thigh squat stretch.

Ok, I'm in. It's going to be a real challenge to do it today; my schedule is busy and it's raining outside. But I'll find a way. Ready, set, go!

Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it's a sudden bleeding emergency.
