I got most of my protein through shakes during my puree stage. So, I did a lot of the following:

black beans. Cooked and added a bit of broth, then pureed. If you can stand some heat, add some mild salsa when you puree. When I reheated it, added some cheese.

Lentil soup

Egg salad (note that some folks dont do well with eggs). Basically, a boiled egg, 1/2 TBL each of mayo and greek yogurt. Puree

Scrambled eggs (similar disclaimer as the egg salad)

Sweet potatoes

Sauteed and pureed spinach. This is also REALLY good with the ricotta bake

Yogurt - usually oikos tripple zero

cottage cheese

And, I like this website: https://www.bariatricfoodie.com/category/b

I just started the soft/puree stage of the diet yesterday. Today I made the baked ricotta recipe from this website http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot
.com/2007/08/pureed-foods.html?m=1

I used muffin tins because it made 10 individual 1/4 cup portions.

Does anyone have any recipes or tips for the soft food stage? I'm working from home next week but I'm back in the office after that. I'm looking for easy prep options that I can pack and take to work.
