I have done well... no weight lost... but have been on the right track with the Gym. Everyday... sometime between 5AM and 8AM... 1 hour..... 45 min fat burn... then 10 exercises in 15 minutes. I started setting up the routines in Sparks today... to make it easier to follow. Nothing to do but to do it.

Umm ok so the message below saying I am a day late.... I just realized that it's Thursday and not Tuesday.... All day I was thinking it was Tuesday....... See what no sugar does to me..lol

I am a day late but have done well the past two days. My goals for this week are.

1. Stay away from sugar... It's been a killer for me the past few weeks.
2. Drink my water everyday.
3. Track my food daily.

Thanx so much!! Some days I feel I bust my rear for no reason, but when I put on my new clothes or my old for that matter, it's obivious the changes!! Thanks to Sparkpeople and All my teammates for all the awesome support!! Let's get Sparkin'!!

Well I met 2 of my 3 goals last week...so we'll try agian:

1 - Meet my calories
2 - Drink plenty of Water
3 - Give the house an up and down cleaning!! (my hubby is coming home soon and I want him to come to a fresh house!!)
