arrrggghhh... I wish I'd have found this earlier... I'll look for December's! or.. you can just issue the same challenge... why reinvent the weel..uhh.. will... uhmm..that tire thingie?

Good morning! I know that I am a few days late posting this, but I have been trying to come up with a great challenge for the month of November for our team! It's not as easy as it sounds!!

This month, let's try to focus on having a calorie deficit of at least 300 calories a day. If you don't know how to figure your calorie deficit, here's the formula!

Add the calories that you eat each day (calories in). Then Add up the calories burned each day... (BMR + exercise calories burned). Subtract the calories eaten from the calories burned. What you have left is your calorie deficit.
