This challenge involves 7 days of personal commitment to release and let go of something that has caused you to stumble on your healthy eating journey. Some of us struggle with sugar, junk food, or TV. Whatever the stumbling block, let's give it a "kick in the gut" during this week and release it and let go of it. Are you ready for the challenge?

The challenge will begin on Monday and end on Sunday. You may want to release the same habit for the entire week or you may want to do a different habit for each day. The choice is yours. Come back and post your progress each day.
