If you scroll down to the beginning of this thread it should clear things up for you a bit :)
The 750 is the months total, so it's a count toward that 750 by the end of June.
Glad you ladies are joining in the fun!!

PS. If joining mid month, feel free to adjust your final number based on your start date!

On the odd days there will be 50 bicycle crunches, which added up throughout the month equal 750. Hope that that helps!

what does the second number mean? 750 bicycle crunches a week? a month? I just played with a calculator and can't quite figure it out.

I'm a day late but I'm in!

I am going to do a modified version of the bicycle crunches-I will do one from the Hip Hop Abs video because if I do any crunches on the floor my lower back gets jacked - ugh! : )

I really like the other exercises because they look like they would also improve your balance which is great for yoga, too!
